Frank Chen

Frank Chen, a young director, who graduated from the TV production MFA in the Communication University of China in 2016, works in Hunan University currently. The documentary work Reds in Taiwan has been nominated with the tenth FIRST Youth Film Exhibition “Spirit of Freedom” Award.
